To order your memorial bead, follow these steps

  1. Fill in your contact information in the order form below.
  2. Choose 1 of 2 options:
    • Option 1:  Choose your bead design from our Gallery Beads.
    • Option 2:  Create your own design using the Build Your Bead function in the order form.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Once we receive your order, we will send a Collection Kit.
  5. Typically 3 weeks from placement of order until receiving bead.
